For this colomba, Bottega Balocco has chosen the exclusive wild strawberries candied according to Agrimontana’s traditional way in a sweet syrup of sugars and water, without artificial colours or flavourings.

The combination of wild strawberries and milk chocolate chips gives this Colomba a unique, fresh and irresistible taste.

The dough is made using only Italian barn eggs and Italian high quality fresh milk.
