Colomba Black Cherry and Chocolate

This Colomba Easter Cake is made with whole black cherries which are stoned, selected and sorted by hand only after they have been delicately candied in a sugar and water syrup. The cherries encounter the intense taste of extra dark chocolate in an incredible combination of flavors.
